The Jaguar, the biggest cat in the Americas

The Jaguar is the biggest cat in the Americas. It is hard to find and elusive, excepting in Pantanal, where all our guests in the last ten years have been able to spot them in the wild.

Jaguar Pantanal Expedition

The Pantanal in Brazil is one of the best places in the world to see this beautiful species. The best time is the dry season, from late April to early November.

  1. Just returned from our amazing adventure in the Pantanal. Speechless. The wildlife was absolutely breathtaking. This was our 8th trip with NPE and we’ve already booked our 9th to Columbia! We continue to travel with NPE because their itineraries are unique, the service is outstanding and every trip has exceeded our expectations!

Thank you, Julie. Pantanal is a garden of Eden for wildlife enthusiasts and explorers like you. We are honored we helped you in reaching the Jaguar country, see South America’ Big-6′ and enjoy some of the best birding the world provides. Thank you so much!
